618 Supreme Court—limitation of jurisdiction—no proceedings
(1) It is the intention of sections 6(3), 78(3), 80(4), 83(8), 208, 227(1), 243(10), 313(4), 354, 355, 356, 369(9), 426, 456, 458, 463(4), 577(7), 604(4) and 607(7) to alter or vary section 85 of the **Constitution Act 1975**.

(2) It is the intention of section 263D as inserted by section 11 of the **Workplace Injury Rehabilitation and Compensation Amendment (Provisional Payments) Act 2021** to alter or vary section 85 of the **Constitution Act 1975**.
