615 Communication of information to the IBAC (1) At any time, the Chief Executive Officer of the Authority may provide or disclose any information received or obtained in the course of the performance of functions or duties or the exercise of powers under this Act or any other Act to the IBAC if the Chief Executive Officer of the Authority considers that— (a) the information is relevant to the performance of the functions or duties or the exercise of powers of the IBAC; and (b) it is appropriate for the information to be brought to the attention of the IBAC, having regard to the nature of the information. (2) This section applies subject to any restriction on the provision or disclosure of information under this Act or any other Act (including any Commonwealth Act).
