580 Claims under section 576 or 578 An application for an order under section 576 or a proceeding under section 578 is not a proceeding in respect of an injury within the meaning of section 326 of this Act or section 134AB(1) of the **Accident Compensation Act 1985**. Division 8—Offences Subdivision 1—Fraud, bribery and false information 581 Fraud (1) A person must not obtain or attempt to obtain fraudulently any payment under this Act, the **Accident Compensation Act 1985** or the **Workers Compensation Act 1958**. (2) Without limiting the generality of subsection (1), a person must not obtain or attempt to obtain fraudulently any payment under this Act, the **Accident Compensation Act 1985** or the **Workers Compensation Act 1958** for any other person, or knowingly assist any other person to obtain fraudulently any payment under this Act, the **Accident Compensation Act 1985** or the **Workers Compensation Act 1958**.
