556 Court to provide certificate of conviction (a) a person is convicted or found guilty of an offence— (i) that the Authority considers may comprise serious and wilful misconduct as referred to in section 40(5), being misconduct to which the injury may be attributable; or S. 556(1)(a)(ii) amended by No. 49/2014 s. 59(1). (ii) under the **Road Safety Act 1986** or the **Crimes Act 1958** referred to in section 42, 43, 43A or 44; and (b) the court by which the person was convicted or found guilty made a finding as to the concentration of, or presence of, alcohol in the person's blood or breath or the concentration of, or presence of, a drug in the person's blood or oral fluid at a particular time— the court must, at the written request of the Authority, cause a certificate with particulars of the conviction or finding of guilt and its finding as to the concentration of, or presence of, alcohol or a drug to be given to the Authority. (2) A certificate of a court given under subsection (1) is conclusive proof of the particulars set out in it.
