549 Reciprocal agreements—premiums or other amounts (1) The Authority may enter into an agreement with a person or body constituted by or under the law of another State or Territory or of the Commonwealth relating to the payment of premium or other amounts in respect of remuneration paid or payable in respect of services performed or rendered partly in Victoria and partly in the corresponding State. (2) An agreement under subsection (1) may provide— (a) that the provisions of this Act or the **Accident Compensation (WorkCover Insurance) Act 1993** apply and the provisions of the law of the corresponding State do not apply in respect of remuneration paid or payable in respect of services performed or rendered partly in Victoria and partly in the corresponding State; or (b) that the provisions of the law of the corresponding State apply and the provisions of this Act or the **Accident Compensation (WorkCover Insurance) Act 1993** do not apply in respect of such remuneration.
