537B Authority to fund Medical Panels In each financial year, the Authority must make payments from the WorkCover Authority Fund— (a) subject to and in accordance with the budget approved by the Minister under section 537A for that financial year or, if the Minister approves an increase in that budget, that budget as so varied, to enable the Convenor to meet costs and expenses for the proper functioning of Medical Panels in connection with the operation of Division 3 of Part 6 and Division 2 of Part 12 in respect of that financial year; and (b) to pay remuneration (including allowances) of members of Medical Panels in connection with the operation of Division 3 of Part 6 and Division 2 of Part 12 in respect of that financial year.
