536C ACCS budget (1) Each year, on or before the date specified by the Minister, ACCS must submit to the Minister a proposed annual budget for its operations for the coming financial year. (2) The Minister must either approve the proposed budget or request that the proposed budget be amended. S. 536D inserted by No. 73/2016 s. 15.
