536B Direction by Minister
(1) Subject to subsection (2), ACCS is subject to the general direction and control of the Minister.

(2) The Minister must not direct ACCS or any of its employees as to the exercising of their discretionary powers under this Act, or the outcome of—
S. 536B(2)(a) inserted by No. 15/2021 s. 44.
(a) a specific conciliation or conciliations; or
S. 536B(2)(b) inserted by No. 15/2021 s. 44.
(b) a specific arbitration or arbitrations.
(3) If the Minister gives ACCS a written direction, ACCS may publish the direction in the Government Gazette.
