536 Delegation
(1) Subject to subsection (2), ACCS, by instrument, may delegate any power, function or duty of ACCS under any Act or regulations under any Act to—
S. 536(1)(a) amended by No. 15/2021 s. 42.
(a) the Chief Executive Officer; or
(b) an employee of ACCS; or
(c) a person engaged by ACCS to assist in the performance of its functions.

(2) ACCS may not delegate the power to appoint the Chief Executive Officer under section 530.
