532 No interference in individual conciliations or arbitrations The powers of ACCS to monitor and manage its employees, or to ensure that its employees comply with policies and procedures of ACCS and with any guidelines made by the Minister, do not include the power to direct— (a) a Conciliation Officer as to the outcome of a specific conciliation or conciliations; or (b) an Arbitration Officer as to the outcome of a specific arbitration or arbitrations.
