531 Staff of ACCS
(1) ACCS may employ such number of—
(a) Conciliation Officers to conduct conciliations; and

(ab) Arbitration Officers to conduct arbitrations; and
(b) other employees—
as it considers necessary to enable ACCS to perform its functions.
(2) ACCS may enter into agreements or arrangements for the use of the services of any staff of a public entity or public service body.

(3) A person employed by ACCS as an Arbitration Officer must have appropriate qualifications and experience, as determined by ACCS.
