520 Official seal (1) The official seal of ACCS must— (a) be kept in such custody as ACCS directs; and (b) not be used except as authorised by ACCS. (2) All courts must take judicial notice of the official seal of ACCS affixed to any document. S. 521 substituted by No. 73/2016 s. 15.
