496 Guidelines, forms and advisory practice notes (1) The Authority may make or issue guidelines, forms or advisory practice notes for the purposes of— (a) improving the management of claims; and (b) assisting in the prevention of injuries; and (c) the return to work of injured workers— within the accident compensation scheme generally. (2) The Authority must ensure that guidelines, forms or advisory practice notes made or issued under this section are published and are generally available.
