495 Accountability of the Authority
(1) The Authority is subject to—
(a) the general direction and control of the Minister; and
(b) any specific directions given by the Minister.
(2) If the Authority has been given a specific direction by the Minister, the Authority may publish the direction in the Government Gazette.
