477 Exercise of review and adjustment powers Subject to this Division, the Authority may exercise its powers under this Part to review or adjust a premium whether or not— (a) notice of the premium has been given to the employer or the premium has been paid; (b) the review or adjustment applies to the current premium period or any other period; (c) the Authority has previously reviewed or adjusted the premium; (d) any circumstances exist that would, but for this paragraph, estop the Authority from conducting a review of, or adjusting the amount of, the premium.
