471 Deemed determinations of the Authority (1) Subject to subsection (2), if the Authority does not, within 90 days of receiving an application by an employer under section 461 for a review of a reviewable amount— (a) give a notice under section 464; or (b) give a notice of suspension under section 467; or (c) make a determination under section 468— the Authority is deemed to have made a determination under section 468 to confirm the reviewable amount. (a) the period for review by the Authority has been extended under section 466(2); and (b) at the end of that extended period, the Authority has not given a notice referred to in subsection (1)(a) or (b) or made a determination referred to in subsection (1)(c)— the Authority is deemed to have made a determination under section 468 to confirm the reviewable amount. Division 6 provides a right of review or appeal within 60 days after a deemed determination has effect.
