451 Adjustment of premium in certain circumstances (1) If the Authority considers that the premium payable by an employer to which section 430(1) applies should be adjusted because circumstances specified in section 442, 443 or 444 apply, the Authority may give the employer a notice of adjusted premium. (2) The Authority may, by notice in writing given to an employer, adjust the amount of the premium payable by an employer so that the amount is the amount calculated in accordance with the relevant premiums order. (3) The Authority may give a notice of penalty in accordance with section 444 if it gives a notice of adjusted premium to an employer under subsection (1) or (2).
