449 Authority may give notice of premium (1) Subject to subsection (3), the Authority may give an employer a notice of premium payable by the employer. (2) The Authority may include a notice of penalty in accordance with this Part in a notice of premium given to an employer under subsection (1). (3) The Authority may give a notice of premium to an employer in respect of a premium period that is— (a) the current premium period; or (b) the premium period last before the current premium period during which the employer was an employer to which section 430(1) applied; or (c) one of the 3 premium periods immediately preceding the premium period referred to in paragraph (b); or (d) any other premium period if the Authority reasonably believes that there is, or was, fraud on the part of the employer or of any person acting, or apparently acting, on the employer's behalf in relation to the calculation or payment of premium.
