445 Worker employed under Transport Accident Commission program If an employer, other than the Transport Accident Commission— (a) employs a worker in a program designed under section 12(3) of the **Transport Accident Act 1986**; and (b) gives notice in writing to the Authority, in a form approved by the Authority, of the worker so employed and the remuneration paid or payable to the worker— remuneration paid or payable by the employer in respect of the worker— (c) is not, for the purposes of this Act, to be taken to be rateable remuneration paid or payable by the employer; and (d) is to be taken to be rateable remuneration paid or payable by the Transport Accident Commission as if the worker were employed by the Commission.
