437 Evidence that employer is registered under this Part A certificate issued by the Authority or a person authorised by the Authority for the purposes of this section certifying that, on a date, or during a period, specified in the certificate, a specified employer was or was not a registered employer is admissible in any proceedings and is evidence of the particulars certified in the certificate.
