436 Registered employer to notify change of circumstances (1) A registered employer must give the Authority written notice of change of circumstances, including details of the change and the date on which it occurred of any of the following, after— (a) any change in the employer's— (i) name; or (ii) trading name; or (iii) postal address; or (b) any change in the activities carried on in a workplace occupied by the employer; (c) any place becoming, or ceasing to be, a workplace occupied by the employer; (d) ceasing to be— (i) an employer; or (ii) an employer to which section 430(1) applies; (e) becoming a member of a group within the meaning of section 431; (f) ceasing to be a member of a group within the meaning of section 431. (2) A registered employer which does not give the Authority written notice of change of circumstances in accordance with subsection (1) within 14 days after the change occurs is guilty of an offence and liable to a fine not exceeding 20 penalty units in the case of a natural person or 100 penalty units in the case of a body corporate.
