389 Submission of return by self-insurer (1) Each self-insurer must submit a return in accordance with the Ministerial Order under section 380(3) to enable the Authority to determine the amount of contributions payable. (2) A self-insurer must submit the return by the date specified in the Ministerial Order. 1. one penalty unit for each day the offender is in default.
