377 Estimated relevant remuneration (1) For the purposes of determining the assessment remuneration of an employer under clause 2 of Schedule 7 the Authority may estimate the relevant remuneration that an employer and its eligible subsidiaries will pay during a specified period. (2) The Authority may request from the employer any information required by the Authority to make the estimate, including the employer's own estimate of the relevant remuneration of the employer and its eligible subsidiaries. (3) If the employer does not provide the information requested by the Authority under subsection (2) within 28 days of the request, the employer is deemed to have withdrawn its application for approval as a self-insurer.
