374 Municipal Association of Victoria as self-insurer (1) If the MAV is approved as a self-insurer under this Part, the MAV must establish a local government workers compensation self-insurance scheme for the benefit of— (a) the MAV; and (b) participating corporations— on such terms and conditions, subject to this Act, that the MAV determines. (2) The MAV must keep separate accounts of money received or expended with respect to the operation of the self-insurance scheme referred to in subsection (1). (3) This section must be read as one with the **Municipal Association Act 1907**. Division 2—Application for approval as self‑insurer
