363 Notice of proceedings (1) The defendant in a common law proceeding made or brought (as the case may be) on or after 1 July 2014 must give to the Authority notice in writing of the proceeding within 14 days after the defendant receives notice of the proceeding. (2) The common law insurer in respect of the common law proceeding must give to the Authority notice in writing of the proceeding within 14 days after the insurer receives notice of the proceeding.
