356F Total award of damages not to exceed relevant statutory maximum Despite anything to the contrary in this Division, a worker is not entitled to an amount of damages under this Subdivision to the extent that the total amount of damages from the initial award of damages and the subsequent award of damages exceeds any maximum amount payable under section 340, as in force at the date the subsequent award of damages is made.
