341 Jury not to be informed of certain matters In the trial of a proceeding brought under this Division, a jury must not be informed— (a) of the monetary thresholds and statutory maximums specified by or under section 340; or (b) that any injury in respect of which the proceeding has been brought has been deemed, found, or required to be found, to be a serious injury; or (c) that the Authority or self-insurer has been satisfied that the injury is a serious injury; or (d) that the Authority or self-insurer has issued a certificate under section 335(2)(c).
