32 Record of employers referred to in section 31 (1) If a worker employed by an employer referred to in section 31 gives to, or serves on, the employer a claim for compensation under this Act, the employer— (a) must apply to the Authority or an authorised agent, in a form approved by the Authority, to be recorded as an employer referred to in section 31; and (b) must make the application within 30 days after receiving the claim. (2) The Authority must record the applicant as an employer referred to in section 31. (3) Subsection (1) does not apply to an employer which is already recorded under subsection (2).
