311 Medical Panel can ask provider of medical service to attend If a Medical Panel so requests and the worker consents, a person who is a provider of a medical service (within the meaning of paragraph (a) of the definition of ***medical service*** in section 3) and has examined the worker must— (a) meet with the Medical Panel and answer questions; and (b) supply relevant documents to the Medical Panel.
