301R Determination (1) Subject to this Act, ACCS may make any determination in relation to a dispute or any part of a dispute as ACCS thinks fit. (2) A determination under subsection (1) may only be made in relation to the matters referred for arbitration. (3) A determination under subsection (1) may be made subject to conditions. (4) Subject to subsection (2), ACCS may make an ancillary determination in relation to the matters referred for arbitration if ACCS determines it to be appropriate for the purposes of achieving the arbitrated outcome.
