301L Dispute resolved by parties or referred for further conciliation (1) Nothing in this Subdivision prevents the parties to a dispute from resolving the dispute by agreement at any time before ACCS makes a determination in respect of the dispute. S. 301L(1A) inserted by No. 27/2025 s. 23(2). (1A) If the parties to a dispute resolve the dispute by agreement, ACCS may certify the agreement in accordance with Subdivision 5. (2) If at any time before making a determination in respect of a dispute, ACCS determines that the dispute would be more appropriately dealt with by further conciliation, ACCS may, with the consent of both parties to the dispute, refer the dispute or any part of the dispute for further conciliation.
