301E Arbitration by Arbitration Officer
(1) The arbitration of a dispute referred to ACCS must be conducted by an Arbitration Officer.
(2) The Arbitration Officer who conducts the arbitration of a dispute must not be the same person who has acted as a Conciliation Officer in respect of the conciliation of that dispute.
