300 Payments under direction etc. not admission of liability (1) The fact that a person— S. 300(1)(a) amended by Nos 73/2016 s. 21(2), 5/2021 s. 20, 15/2021 s. 33. (a) pays or continues to pay compensation or provisional payments in accordance with a direction or recommendation of ACCS under this Subdivision; or (b) does not apply for a revocation of any such direction— is not an admission of liability by the person. (2) The grant or refusal by a court of an application for revocation of a direction is not a finding as to liability in respect of the matter in dispute.
