291 Power to request or release documents etc. S. 291(1) amended by No. 73/2016 s. 21(3)(10). (1) ACCS may request a party who participates in a conciliation to— (a) produce a document or a class of documents specified; or (b) provide information or information of a kind specified— that ACCS considers may be relevant to the resolution of the dispute. S. 291(2) amended by Nos 73/2016 s. 21(10), 10/2022 s. 81, substituted by No. 27/2025 s. 20.[[1]](#endnote-1) (2) ACCS may make any document produced or information provided under subsection (1) available to any other party to the dispute. S. 291(3) inserted by No. 27/2025 s. 20. (3) On the request of a worker who was a party to a conciliation for which an outcome certificate has been issued, or that has been dismissed, ACCS may make the following available to the worker— (a) any document produced or information disclosed by or on behalf of the worker under section 290B; (b) any document produced or information provided by the worker under subsection (1); (c) any document or information made available to the worker under subsection (2).
