290 Conciliation without conference If ACCS is satisfied that sufficient information has been supplied to ACCS in connection with a dispute that is the subject of conciliation, ACCS may exercise functions under this Subdivision— (a) without having any conciliation conference; and (b) without requesting further information from any party to the dispute.
