288 Information from provider of medical service or other service A provider of a medical service or a provider of a service under Division 6, 7 or 10 of Part 5 of this Act or Division 2B, 2BA or 2C of Part IV of the **Accident Compensation Act 1985** who has examined a worker may, with the consent of the worker and at the request of ACCS— S. 288(a) amended by No. 73/2016 s. 21(3). (a) meet with ACCS and answer questions; and S. 288(b) amended by No. 73/2016 s. 21(3). (b) supply relevant documents to ACCS.
