268 Certain evidence inadmissible in certain proceedings S. 268(1) amended by No. 15/2021 s. 11(2). (1) Evidence of anything said, and any admission or agreement made, at or during, or any document prepared for the purposes of, a conciliation or the arbitration of a dispute is not admissible in any proceedings other than— (a) proceedings for the enforcement of such an agreement; or S. 268(1)(ab) inserted by No. 15/2021 s. 11(3). (ab) any proceeding for the enforcement of a determination of ACCS; or S. 268(1)(ac) inserted by No. 15/2021 s. 11(3). (ac) any proceeding in the Supreme Court to inquire into, hear and determine any question or matter relating to a determination made under Subdivision 4 of Division 2 of this Part; or (b) in proceedings for an offence against this Act, the **Accident Compensation Act 1985**, the **Accident Compensation (WorkCover Insurance) Act 1993** or the **Workers Compensation Act 1958**; or (c) in proceedings for an offence against the **Crimes Act 1958** that arises in connection with a claim for compensation under this Act, the **Accident Compensation Act 1985** or the **Workers Compensation Act 1958**.
