263E Medical and like services outside Australia For the purposes of this Division, section 228 applies as if— (a) in subsection (1) of that section, for "compensation" there were substituted "provisional payments"; and (b) in subsections (1) and (2) of that section ", burial or cremation" (wherever occurring) were omitted; and (c) in subsection (2) of that section, for "section 232" there were substituted "section 263I"; and (d) in subsection (3) of that section ", burial or cremation" were omitted; and (e) in subsection (4) of that section ", burials or cremations" were omitted.
