253 Application for settlement (1) This section applies if a worker is given a response from the Authority or a self-insurer under section 252(2). (2) The worker may apply to the Authority or self‑insurer for the settlement. (3) The application must— (a) be made in writing; and (b) be accompanied by any certificate required by any direction of the Minister under section 263.
