238 Certain compensation payable to trustee
If, under section 235, 236, 237, 237AA, 237A or 239, compensation is payable to a minor or a person under a disability, the compensation must be paid to a trustee for the minor or person under a disability appointed by the court to be invested, applied or otherwise dealt with for the benefit of the minor or person under a disability as the trustee thinks fit.
