225 Where services provided by employer (1) If a worker receives services from an employer who has made adequate arrangements to provide workers in the employer's employment with gratuitous medical, hospital, nursing, ambulance, personal and household or occupational rehabilitation services, the employer is, to the extent of the value of the services, deemed to have discharged any liability of the employer under section 72(1)(c). (2) If the employer is not a self-insurer and the value of the services provided under subsection (1) exceeds $642, the employer may claim the amount by which the value of the services exceeds $642 from the Authority.
