202 No proceedings by worker in relation to rejection of liability without conciliation
(a) the Authority or self-insurer rejects liability in relation to the injuries included in the claim for compensation under Division 5 made by a worker; and
(b) the worker disputes the decision as to liability.

(2) If this section applies, the worker must not commence a proceeding in relation to the claim, except as provided in section 273(1) or (2).
