181 Application by worker to alter amount of weekly payments (1) A worker who is receiving weekly payments may apply in writing to the Authority or self-insurer for an increase or reduction in the amount of the payments. (2) An application under subsection (1) must— (a) specify the reasons for so applying; and (b) be accompanied by any supporting evidence. (3) Within 28 days after receiving an application, the Authority or self-insurer must— (b) give the worker and the employer written notice of its decision, including, in the case of rejection, a statement of the reasons for the decision.
