167B Assessment of worker's degree of impairment (1) The Authority or self-insurer may request a worker to attend an assessment in accordance with Division 4 of Part 2 for the purposes of an impairment determination. (2) On the request of the Authority or self‑insurer under subsection (1), the worker must attend the assessment. (3) The Authority or self-insurer must give the worker a written statement of each injury included in the assessment. S. 167C inserted by No. 8/2024 s. 16.
