120 Authority may give direction (1) The Authority may direct an employer to use the services of an approved provider of occupational rehabilitation services to advise and assist the employer in relation to the employer's return to work obligations. (2) An employer who is given a direction under subsection (1) must comply with the direction. (3) A direction given under subsection (1) does not derogate from any matter referred to in Division 7 of Part 5 of this Act or Division 2B of Part IV of the **Accident Compensation Act 1985**.
