118 Resolution of return to work issues If an issue about a worker's return to work arises, the employer and the worker must attempt to resolve the issue in accordance with— (a) the relevant agreed procedure; or (b) if there is no relevant agreed procedure, in accordance with the relevant procedure specified in directions given by the Minister in accordance with section 609 for the purposes of this section.
