113 Participate in assessments A worker who has an incapacity for work must, when requested to do so by the employer, Authority or self-insurer, and to the extent it is reasonable to do so, actively participate and co‑operate in any assessment of the worker's— (a) capacity for work; and (b) rehabilitation progress; and (c) future employment prospects.
