#### 83 Effect of affirmation of work capacity decision or withdrawal, discontinuance or dismissal of dispute proceedings 83 Effect of affirmation of work capacity decision or withdrawal, discontinuance or dismissal of dispute proceedings > The required period of notice with respect to a discontinuation or reduction of compensation is not affected by— > > > (a) a review decision made by an insurer or by the Commission that affirms the original decision of the insurer with respect to the discontinuation or reduction, or > > > (b) the withdrawal of a request for internal review of the original decision with respect to the discontinuation or reduction, or > > > (c) the withdrawal of the referral to the Commission for determination of a dispute about a work capacity decision, or the discontinuance or dismissal of proceedings before the Commission in relation to the dispute. > > **s 83:** Rep 2015 No 19, Sch 6 \[29\].
