318D Powers of mediators
> > (1) For the purposes of and in connection with the mediation of a claim, a mediator has all the functions of the Commission under sections 49–51 of the [Personal Injury Commission Act 2020](/view/html/inforce/current/act-2020-018) and those sections apply in respect of the mediation of a claim in the same way as they apply in respect of proceedings on a dispute before the Commission.
