309 Employers—representation and admissions
> > (1) At any conference or hearing before the President for the purposes of this Division—
> >
> > > (a) an employer is entitled to separate representation if the employer requests separate representation, and
> >
> > > (b) an employer is not prevented by the terms of any relevant policy of insurance from making any admission of liability in respect of the injury or claim concerned.

> > (2) Evidence of an admission made by the employer at any conference or hearing before the President for the purposes of this Division is not admissible in other proceedings before the Commission.
